Krewedge Trading buys, sells and holds Virtual Digital Assets, and maintains internal processes for trade monitoring, risk management, accounting, reconciliation, record keeping and compliance.

Krewedge Trading conducts its activities subject to applicable Indian laws, platform requirements and regulatory obligations. The firm’s current activity is proprietary trading for its own account, and Krewedge Trading does not currently provide Virtual Digital Asset services to customers or third parties. If the firm expands its activities in the future into any area requiring additional registrations, licences, permissions or regulatory approvals, such activities will commence only after the applicable requirements have been satisfied.
